Welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Orangevale and Fair Oaks. Chartered on July 9th, 2019, we are an active community service club that supports international, district, divisional, and local projects. Last year we headed the Let It Snow 2024 project, in which we provided toys and bikes for 150 families. Our most recent project was the Backpack Drive.
We serve the needs of youth and families in the Orangevale-Fair Oaks communities. Our club meets the second Tuesday each month at 6pm, at El Balcon Restaurant (formerly El Gallo) located at 11773 Fair Oaks Blvd, Fair Oaks, CA 95628

What a great night at our Kiwanis installation gathering — full of fun, laughs, and wonderful people!
A big thank you to Sue and John Devon, our outgoing presidents, for all of their hard work and dedication. And congratulations to our new officers — with the baton now passed to David and Susan Houghten, who also graciously hosted the evening’s event.
Though our group is small, it’s amazing how much is accomplished together. If you’ve ever thought about giving back, we’d love to have you join us! We meet once a month, and it’s all about improving the community — one kid at a time.
The Cluck n’ Crow Contest returns to the Fair Oaks Chicken Festival, once again hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Orangevale–Fair Oaks!
This crowd favorite is guaranteed to bring the laughs as contestants cluck, crow, strut, and peck their way to the title of 2025 Cluck n’ Crow Champion. Winner takes home a $100 gift card!
